Our Commitment to Quality
At Eklektik Mama, we take pride in creating unique, custom-made products just for you. Each item is thoughtfully designed and produced on-demand to ensure you receive something truly special. We're committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations.
Custom-Made Products: No Refunds
Because each product is custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or colour preference changes.
This includes situations where:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You changed your mind about the design or product
- The product doesn't match your expectations
- You no longer want the item
We encourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and design previews carefully before placing your order.
Quality Guarantee
While we don't accept returns for custom orders, we stand behind the quality of our work. We will gladly replace or refund products in the following situations:
Printing Errors or Defects
If your product arrives with:
- Misprints or printing defects
- Manufacturing errors
- Damage during production
- Wrong item, design, or colour sent
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- With visible defects or imperfections
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order:
- Doesn't arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Shows no tracking movement for an extended period
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a product with a printing error, defect, damage, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately:

Please provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (multiple angles if possible)
- Date you received the order
Important: All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your claim:
- Review: Our team will review your photos and description within 2-3 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund
- Timeline: Replacement orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after approval
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- We'll notify you immediately
- We can reship your order, but shipping costs will apply
- You'll be responsible for covering the reshipment fee
- Orders returned to our facility will be held for 30 days
To avoid address-related issues, please:
- Verify your address is complete and accurate
- Include apartment or unit numbers
- Ensure post codes match your city
- Use an address where someone can receive packages
- Include a working contact number
Damaged Packaging vs. Damaged Product
Minor packaging damage during shipping doesn't necessarily mean the product inside is damaged. Please open your package and inspect the actual product before contacting us. We can only replace products that are themselves damaged, not packages with minor cosmetic wear from transit.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to:
- High order volumes
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Carrier delays
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no movement or the package appears lost, contact us at hello@eklektikmama.com.
If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Haven't Received Your Order
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but haven't reached you yet. Please:
- Check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery
- Look around your property (porches, garages, side doors)
- Check with your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before actual delivery

International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country
- Delays due to customs processing
- Providing accurate international shipping addresses and contact numbers
We cannot refund orders due to customs fees or international shipping delays.
Size Exchanges
Since all our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer size exchanges. We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
Pro Tip: If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
