  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Production begins shortly after your Order is confirmed
  • Customisation options are final once your Order is submitted

5.2 Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to display Products accurately on our website, including colours, designs, and specifications. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes
  • Minor variations in custom printing are normal and do not constitute defects
  • We reserve the right to update Product descriptions and specifications without notice

5.3 Product Availability

While we strive to keep our Products available, we reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue any Product at any time
  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Refuse Orders that exceed reasonable quantities
  • Modify Product specifications as needed

5.4 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate of 5% as required by UAE law.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Correct pricing errors on our website
  • Cancel Orders placed at incorrect prices

Prices are subject to the following:

6. Ordering Process

Because our Products are custom-made to order:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • Cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started
  • Refunds for cancelled Orders (if eligible) will be processed within 14 business days

6.4 Order Modification

Once an Order is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please review your Order carefully before submitting payment.

7. Payment

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.3 Shipping Address Errors

If an Order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by you
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Inability to locate the recipient

The Order will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Reshipment is available at your expense
  • You must contact us at hello@eklektikmama.com to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping charges will apply

8.4 International Shipping

For international Orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are your responsibility

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
