Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages can be reshipped, but additional shipping fees will apply.
Returns & replacements
As each item is made on demand, we’re unable to offer refunds or size exchanges.
If you receive:
- the wrong item
- the wrong design or colour
- or an item that arrives damaged
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If the error was made during fulfilment, a free replacement will be issued.
Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
